hey guys-
just checking to see what the gas prices are out by you...around here its about $1.84 a gallon for regular unleaded...also what kind of cars are you guys and gals driving and what are you getting mpg-wise? in my 1993 mitsubishi eclipse gs(5 speed), i am getting about 28-29mpg...

hell, here cheapest ive found was $2.05 a gallon, thats for the cheap stuff. premium to super premium goes from $2.15-$2.25. i get about 14-17MPG. 1/2 extended cab 350 chevy pickup. 4x4. i dont like this whole fillin up once or twice a week when my dad fills up once every 2 weeks. man i wanna diesel

my 80' fj 40 land cruiser gets like 20 thats pretty good and my 84' vw rabbbit gti gets like 30 which is great gas ranges from like 1.80 to 2.00 for regular unleaded!

Driving a 1993 Mitsubishi 3000GT.

Gas prices the lowest I've seen around here, are 1.89

Miles per gallon: Highway 30MPG
Miles per gallon: ******* driving 16-17

Gas is $1.78 here today. I've got a Silverado extended cab/short bed with the 5.3. I get 16.3mpg in suburban/city driving. I wish I still had my old diesel S-10...RIP:(

1.90 and im driving a F-150 Regular cab 8ft box with 4x4 an i get about 17mpg.. if that. really want a smaller truck just dont know what tho

1.85 for 87...


1995 toyota t-100 at 21mpg give or take a few...

wow my 82 fj40 if I'm lucky gets 12 mpg f350 diesel 19mpg 89 4runner 22mpg

my 94 f-150 gets about 9 to the gallon and its about 1.84 around here today

$185 most places, '85 S-10 15mpg runnin from farm to farm, yea its a 4 banger.:o

The gas in Winston Oregon is about $1.92 pg. My dads driving a 1981 Chevy citation it gets about 16 mpg. My mom drives a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer it gets about 22 mpg. And my brother drives a 1991 ford F-350 with a v-8 lifted with 35 bfgs and it gets about 6-8mpg at $30 to fill a tank.:(

93 dodge dakota v6, 1.81 for regular, and im gettin bout 17 MTG...it sucks driving a dodge they get horible gas mileage

2004 Chevy Silverado 4.3 - 15mpg
1999 Chevy Silverado 5.3 - 16mpg
2004 VW GTI 1.8turbo - 30+mpg w/ a boatload of power, but it needs 93 octane.

gas 'round here is:

$1.8x - for 87
$2.0x - for 93+

it sounds like the gas prices are all in some sort of range, all within $1.84 - $2.xx...glad i have a somewhat fuel economical car...i have a friend with an 87 f-150, 33" tires on it, and he gets about 10mpg...he puts $10 worth of gas in it EVERY day on his way to work, because he is waiting for his Laser to get out of the shop...

My to-and-from work car is an '87 Integra with 228,000 miles. It gets 32mpg. My current truck is an 89 Toyota 4wd, it gets 16-18mpg. Gas is 1.84 for 87 and still over 2.00 for 92+.

wow. thats prolyl to the oversize tires. i get about 15 MPG. btw i should get a pic now. i took the top off on my cruiser for the first time. man those bolts for the sides on the tub do snap easy as they say:eek2: anyways did u take a look at ih8mud yet? if not go to rriders and check the post out over there! btw this is lil250rman!:devil:

gas around here is around 2.00 a gallon....i just got my ride its a 76 ford f150 with a 6 inch lift n 35 inch tires n i dunno how much i get to a gallon

yeh ima member of ih8mud.com yes those bolts are easy to take off, it might get more than i say i havent even had it on the road yet just trails!

I'm paying about $1.80-2.00 a gallon for 93 octane.

My daily driver - 2003 Grand Cherokee Overland: 14.5 mpg on average

My classic cars - 1970 Dodge Charger 500: 10-15 mpg
1968 Oldsmobile Toronado: 6-8 mpg :eek:

i think its 190 something here for reg but i have to put 94 in my olds cutlas 442, sucks on gasssss 94 ultra is 230 a gallon about

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram Cummins with a 5" lift and 36x14.50x16 Parnelli Jones dirt grips. I get an average of 23 mpg but sometimes I have to blow smoke so then it's like 18 or 19. Diesel is at 1.78 now and I have to fill up like every 2 weeks.

I think the last time I looked it was $2.06 for Premium. I get between 14-21 mpg...depending on how I drive. ( :blah: ) I drive a 2004 Mach 1 Mustang. Its really not that big of a deal-our fuel bill is a little over $30k a month for the trucks.

I have a 2000 Monte Carlo and a 2004 Chevy Colorado and both get about 23-25 mpg. Gas is around $1.86/gal. around here

i'm driven a '92 honda accord and getting around 30mpg. i think gas around me is about the cheapest from what you guys have said cause its $1.61 and it has been going down 2 cents a day!

with a 454 gas is about 1.83 for 87

Dodge Ram 150 4x4 with a 360. 11 to 12 mpg. $2.09 gal. my new boat has a 4.3 EFI and it takes premium and it is 2.39 a gal it has a 32 gal tank which it will burn half a tank for a full day on the Lake.:(

I have a 91 f250 with a 460 getting around 12 in town, 16 on highway cruising at 65-70(if im fuel conservative). But gas in oregon Ive seen as low as 1.79

Jesus after seeing these im wondering what type of gearing you have. My 460 is getting a little less than V6's. What RPM's is everyone running at when they are doing 60-70?

I drive a 91 toyota pickup extra cab 4x4 gas is about 1.95 a gallon for reg! and i get about 19mpg give or take 2 mpg ;) Depends on how i drive! Damn v6 3.slow

here its like $1.90 and i drive a 1990 chevy z-71 short bed ridin on 35's it has a four inch suspension lift and 3 inch body and some stuff done to the motor. plus it has a four speed with i think 4:56 gears and it gets prolly 14 mpg and my dodge gets worse.

Gas is around $1.89 here. Nissan murano-14mpg or so, Sentra- 26 give or take a few.

my daily is my honda crx, 34+ mpg depending on how much i play and how hard i get on it, fun little car
my full size chevy is getting around 17 mpg maybe up to 19 depending on how i drive.
gas here is $1.78 for 87

gas is like $1.79 here for the cheap stuff. I drive a F150 that gets almost 17 mpg on the highway,10 mpg pulling the boat, and 5 3/4 pulling the camper. Gas prices suck. I can remember when I was a kid and gas was 19 cents a gallon. And back then there was gas wars that brought it down to 13 cents a gallon. Way back when.

i have the stock gearing in my car, and i do about 2800rpm at 60mph, 5th gear...

My truck chevy 8.1L gets 13 driving to work 14-15 on the highway and about 8 pulling my trailer

my mecedies when it runs gets between 45 to 50.

Im not sure what i get but i think its about 13-14 in my ram 1500 with 5.9l V8 :) and gas prices in san diego are about as high as houses ;) $2.20 plus
