is there a lever you can bend back if it bends or a good one that dont bend easily? son is learning to ride dirt bike and has already went through 3 levers. THANKS

It helps to leave the perch a little loose so it will spin on the bar instead of breaking. Another thing that is a cure all for broken levers is to run hand guards like Cycra.

As he said, leave the perch a little loose, and move the perch in so that the handle bars hit the ground before the lever does.

thanks for the input we will try that and see what happens if that fails i guess handguards will be next

we are up too 2 clutch levers and a brake lever:p

Asv does make a lever that is "unbreakable" I haven't sold to many to the quad riders but quiet a few to the dirt bike riders must be a good lever I haven't had any come back to me :)

I would try what jeff suggested and go from their.

yes ASV levers will rotate around totally backwards without breaking or bending the lever. It is spring loaded. Run them with the perch loose enough to turn and you will probably have no more problems
