whats the difference in the length and the spring rates there jeff?

If I remember correctly, its 1.5" longer than the 300ex swingarm. I'm not sure about the spring rate. I know that when I did one for my self about 12 years ago, the stock spring worked good for me and I weighed about 155 lbs.

I agee, and will add that for the money it is a great improvement over stock!
