Some motor mount adjustment, a few electronics, and a custom exhaust. Powroll sells a complete kit for about $500 complete with instructions.

actually i don't think the kit costs that much but i may be wrong. maybe that price is with all the stuff you need and i looked at only the custom pipe.

all ya realy need is to weld up some motor mounts and make a 350x exhaust work or buy one from powroll

Can you use the 300ex wiring harnesses and CDI box with the 350 motor. Powroll made it sound like you had to use the 250x harness .

Just to let you all know, i'm going to be attempting this install and i will post pictures to help people out cuz I know it would help me.
I just have to wait for my motor to be delevired and get the powroll kit, then i will start the install.

The complete exhaust is about $400, which includes the exhaust and headpipe, so it's comparable to any other full exhaust system.

The mounting kit and instructions run about another $100.

As a kit, the whole thing sells for about $500, and should include everything you need except the obvious engine and electronics.

well when i was on an asphalt drag with my stock 350x (accept 20 in tires) and my brothers 300ex with a cobra pipe and k&n it hung with me until almost top of 5th i revved it out and shifted into 6th and just kept on pulling away until i let off the gas and he was about 6 bikelengths behind me, the 350x has much more torque and gets off the line quicker, and it doesnt rev out as much or as quick
