What is the best mx set up for a yfz? (suspension and a-arms) I'm only about 150lbs. So I was wondering about if I should go with long travel or just upgrade the suspension.

If you have the money, definately get the Long Travel, if not standard is still much much better. I would go for either the gibson with elka or walsh with elka. That is what a lot of these guys are running these days. I run JD performance/elka, and they're the heat. They are standard, but he makes long travel too. Check them out if you like.

I've run elkas on my lasst two quads, one Long Travel one not, and loved them both. I'd have to say Walsh or gibson and Elkas or Motowoz.

If you got a lotta money, get a Roll Design/Elka fornt end.

If your on a small budget get a Houser/Elka front end..:)

If money is no object, then I would definitely go JB and PEP ZPS...Timmy Farr can't be wrong, lol!:D

Only thing about PEP is their turn around time. You'll be waiting a while to get them. What can ya say though, they're busy people!!

I think Doug Gust knows better though, go with the best, if money is no object get Roll/Elka.

Gibson, Laeger, JB, Walsh, Roll, Arens, Houser, etc will all be very good a-arms. I would go with Elka for shocks.
