How to clean chain?

I know dirt isnt a good thing to have on your chain. Whats the best way to clean one?

whatever you use clean UNDER the chain for best protection ;)

Spray the chain down with wd-40 and use a rag to clean the crap off the chain. Once it's all clean give it a coat of chain lube and you're ready to roll. :cool:

I take castrol super clean and scrub the chain down with a good scrub brush. This will get all the built up crap off of it. After its clean I lube it up really good, and she's good to go. Castrol Super Clean is available at most auto parts stores. It works great with a pressure washer to get any built up chain lube off the sprokets too. :macho
