Help with limeWire

hey i just donwnloaded limewire and it want connect... please help me!

just open it up, it should connect automatically, but if not just go to file and click connect. it may just be taking long because its the first time maybe:confused:

i trired clicking connect and the little red blocks on the bottom left corner one will turn geen then it will turn back red..

if you have a dsl modem, it is probably firewalled. you gotta get into it and disable it
give me the type of modem you got and maybe i can help
the same thing happened to me

if i were you i would get rid of it and get winmx. its much better and doesn't have as much spyware.

limewire hasnt given me an ounce of spyware:huh

have you scanned for it?? if not download ad-aware scan and you will be surprised at what you find.

i havent gotten any spyware.. its alot better then bearshare...
what kinda dsl modem you got?
the same thing happened to me, there is a firewall in the modem and you have to disable it

same thing is happening with my Ares...I downloaded it about a week ago, worked great first couple days, now it just says "connecting" and nothing more. Any help with this??

my limewire still works fine but dont use imesh it has tons of spyware
