last night at atco gil had a horrible crash on a double.his bike shut off in mid air over a 50 foot double and went straight to a nose dive makeing him case the lip and flip several times along with the quad. rocco arno jr was right behind him and he said all you saw was his skidplate. he had to sworve out of the way so he wouldnt run gil over after the jump. the quad bounced several times along with gil including hitting him in the back of his head with the quad. gil got up and ran off the track with all the energy he had left and then felt his wrist. he took off his glove and there it was, a huge gash in his left hand thumb down almost to the bone. track people came over and the first thing gil said was,"its broke". the top half of his thumb loked like a rag doll. well gil got rushed to the E.R and thats all we heard after that.
