what are the best valve springs for a 416ex are where on the internet can u get them

C&D can get those. i am wondering if the titanium ones are better.

The valve springs are all steel. Only the retainers are also available made out of titanium - and that's for weight savings only.

I've always just used stock parts and they seem to work just fine.:)

We sell the kibblewhite springs. I have never had any problems with them. THe springs are steel the retainers are titianium

Stock springs will work just fine depending on the cam you're running. Ti retainers do save weight but also are not a must-have item. Laz Sommers told me this when he was building my race motor and simply reccommended changing them after each rebuild. So unless you have an extreme profile cam like the 463/9i Webcam, heavier valve springs would only contribute to increased valvetrain wear compared to the stock springs.
