The top of my steering stem, where my bar clamps are located is bent down just a touch on the right side and just barley touching my gas tank, Do u think its possible to use a little heat, and a long bar with a couple of ppl, and bend it back straight? Just trying to get some info before i break somthing else! thanks

I'm sure that it's possible, it prolly won't be as strong though.

i bent my stock one not too long ago and we bent it back with some work and it road fine and a month or so later i bent it again but that time it was too much and we realized it wasnt going to hold up so i bought an aftermarket one. if you have the omney i would go ahead and get one, if not bend it back but start saving up for one.

I bent my first stock one back about 2 times, than got a new OEM one. Now I run the Burgard +1 and like it much much more:cool:

I bent my stock steering stem pretty good and then I took it to a machine shop and they bent it back for free. It is just as straight and seems really strong. I've been using it for a while.

Ok when u guys say that u ben your stem again, Did u bend it by rolling the quad over, or how did it bend on u after u had it straighted??
