Tether switch question for 400ex and blaster

My brother and I are thinking about doing some hare scrambles and will need to buy tether kill switches. Does anyone know what system the blaster and 400ex need (normally open or normally closed)? I was looking at buying the pro design switches for both machines but just wanted to be sure their switch will work.

Not sure on the Blaster but my 400EX switch is normally open.

the blaster uses the same as the 400ex
