Pennsylvania dunes

I want to ride on the dunes real bad!!
Is there any where near western PA with in a half a days dirve!!!

Does any one live between Erie and Pittsburgh and want to go riding!!!

I got a groop of of my friends and we are all looking for new places and peolple to ride with!!!

i live in rochester.pa 30 minutes from pittsburg and theres a place in ambridge pa its like 15-20 mins from pittsburg its not dunes but its ok there like it has a few jumps but nothing sweet

My friend told me somewhere in Indiana Co. there is a dryed lake bed with dunes and coal slag hill's and trails that all are at the same spot. I will talk to him tomarrow to see if he knows where it is.

theres a place in up state michigan called the silver lake sand dune, its prob alot more than half a day but its a crazy place i guess. i live in N.H. and i leave early this sat morning i think its going to take us 20 hrs. long drive but gona be so worth it.

Up in freeland "pocanoe area" there is all silt which is exactly like sand and thousands of acres of free riding.. Let me know if your interested ill post an adress were you can park..

have you ever ridden in Union City Dam? Its near Wattsburg. we go riding there quite a bit. im located in Corry Pa.

i LIVE IN THE FRANKLIN, OIL CITY AREA. AND NO i HAVE NOT WENT RIDEING UP THERE. A GUY FROM CORRY TOLD ME I COULD GO RIDING WITH HIM UP NEAR THERE.
IM TRYING TO GET A CUPLE OF MY FRENDS TO GO ALONG WITH ME!

Sorry no luck. I talked to him and he herd it from someone else, which he does not talk to anymore. So he dosn't know how to get there.

legacygiant mentioned somthing about a places in ambridge.....i live in ambridge and about 5 minutes from the place your talking about...theyre called the sand pitts...not really dunes just theres sand, jumps, hills, fields

also theres a place in slippery rock go to www.slipperyrockdunes.com never been there and its something like 13$ a day...

Ive ridden at Sand Pitts (Ambridge,PA), Shenango Lake ORV Park (???,PA),
Crazy 8's (my house, PA)...and ive heard of Slippery Rock Sand Dunes, and Allegheny National Forest
