my friend has a 250r with a worked 350x motor, its insane but hard to start with the high compression and everything, even with compression releases its hard to kick

The most popular would be a crf450r motor or a yz426, yz 400 and so on i will be doing the same thing in the future xept my R frame will house a worked ktm 520 motor :macho

lets see for a stock R frame you would need to pick your motor either buy your motor and fab your own mounts, or you could call hermann racing or other companies about motor mount extensions...if i were you i would pm 416exmx he has had 2-3 crf quads in 400ex chassis, if i were you i would do either a ktm 520, or a crf450 motor, if you dont know about the chassis you will need shocks and proly a shorter swinger! you will need a good set of tires for XC i prefer razr 2 and you might want to invest in a good set of hyper rims all round...hope this helps .......oh and you will have to regear for either of those motors if you will limit the quad to XC racing!!!

Well the 250r has all axis shocks +1 a-armr stock size swing arm hires and razor 2's but here in fl they no longer have a 2 stroke class its just all togather so i was thinking about putiing a 4 stroke in
