Official annoumcement from the Humboldt Press Gazette.

Starting friday July 30th. Humboldt Hills will be open for public practice on the weekends.

Our Motocross Track is mostly new, so even a little rain can make it extremely muddy. Please be understanding with us as we try this out.

Right now the track consist of 4 natural jumps, 3 tabletops, 2 doubles and 2 singles. It is about 3/4 mile in length and has several big banked turns. I consider the track to be fairly easy after a few laps.

Just Thought I'd give you some more info:

The MX track is in amazing condition for the weekend.
Several people road it this past weekend and loved it.
Most rated it great for beginners or vets. The real fast 250 guys would probably get bored pretty quick. But it is worth checking out.

At this time I am discing and dragging the track, but I do not have a water truck yet. I am looking at one next week, so I may have one soon.
I haven't been advertising for this weekend so chances are you will have the track to yourself. Most people are coming to ride the trails.

I am also thinking of a weekday to open.
Whats a good day for everyone. I noticed alot of places are open wed.'s so I was thinkin' Tuesdays.
I am kinda throwing around the Idea of if you call me the day before I will just open up for ya the next day. We will see how this weekend goes.

Saturday July 31st practice is cancelled.
as of 7PM Friday it rained just enough to make it perfect. But there is alot of green on the radar. And the track is still soft. If it happens to miss us check back and I might just change it to 4PM to Dark.
Sunday looks good though!
Thanks

We finally recieved just enough rain so I could sink the disc into the track. I just got done and it looks spectacular. Today and tomorrow will be your dust free days. We are opening up early on saturday at 10am-dark also. Come down and support us this weekend. I need a few more $'s so I can buy a water truck next week.
Thanks

If there is one made?, It will be the highlights from the entire series. Won't be available until spring 2005.
It takes along time to make, the way I want, with the equipment I have.

Happy Hollow is just down the road. On SR 41 near sinking springs.
Open Weekends as long as the weather holds out.
They will be in the SOCCS in 2005.
They have done alot of work creating new trails.
There is about 100acres and about a 1 mile MX track for beginners.
Hope this helps.
