jetting suggestions 300ex w/mods

i have just installed a
mild web cam
stiffer springs
high compression piston
port & polish head
white bros head pipe and exhaust
k&n filter

now time to tweak
any jetting suggestions?

I have a stock motor with UNI filter and Sparks X4 and I'm using a 135 main. I would start there and check the plug.

Start around 138-140 that should get you fairly close.
