300ex ignition wire

I was wondering where the best place to buy an ignition wire for my 300 ex would be. Is it a Dealer only item? Can i get just the wire or do I need to get the coil with it?
The reason i ask is that while riding today the wire came out of the spark plug boot. I put it back in and it seems to run fine, but I would rather have it the way it should be.
Also.. Is the 300ex wire / coil interchangable with any other atv's..like the 250x or 400 ex?

the spark plug cap just threads onto the ignition wire. so you can take it back apart and actually thread the cap clockwise onto the wire. if it has a good bite it should actually tighten up as the screw in the cap bites into the core of the wire.

or you could buy the assembly from honda.
