300 or 400ex

Im 13 from Pennsylvania and i have ridin befor. I ownerd a xr100 .i am hinkin about gettin a 400ex or should i go with a 300??

before i bought my 400, i only had experience on my race gocart and an 86 trx350, neither of which is anything real "racy". I learned on a 400, so id say thats what you should get. Especially for as cheap as they are these days

but yea i would go with the 400ex no doubt. i got the 300 and worked for so long and i finally caught up to a stock 400ex... :(

i have a 300 i bought in the spring, nice quad but every little hill seems like i have to downshift. a 400 will pull itself out of the low end of a gear no prob i say buy the 400 cause some bolt-ons mods you cant get for 300. j.m.o.
