sister wrecked her car

Well today around 1pm my sister was flying down the road in the rain and she was coming up to a red light doign about 90mph and she pulled the emergency brake in but couldnt get stoped and slamed into the back of a 2002 chevy 2500. Her car is totaled and the truck needs a new bumper and exhaust,because he had dual flow masters coming out of the back and she smashed them all up.She was driving a 2000 saturn.Every one was ok and thats the good part.

thats wut i was thinking, why would she pull the emergency brake? wouldnt that just lock up the rear wheels? i imagine it has anti lock brakes......

if ya pull in the e-brake its gonna lock the wheels, and on a rainy day riding on a wet road that would cause you to spin out of control, why didnt she just hit the brakes? ABS duh! im glad shes ok but she did get what she deserved :grr:

Agreed. She made the stupid move to be doing 90 in the rain... and then she locks up the e-break ? No offence, but is she blond ? that was a dumb idea.

She didnt just hit the ebrake right away she tried to stop got down to about 40 or 50 or so then ebraked it.She was goign to trun to the right side of the road but there was a gas station about 10 ft away from the road so she said she didnt want to hit and blow her car up and be killed. I mean shes stupid for diriving that fast but im glad shes not hurt.

Yea and i guess you wouldnt care about the person in the car as long as your truck got paid for. I mean id be pissed to but i want to make sure everyone was alright be4 i got mad and starting yelling about fixing my truck. I mean its only a CHEVY ne way.
