Motor upgrade?

im thinking of putting in a bigger motor in my 300ex. my friend has a 300 with a xr500 motor in it and it keeps right up with those 450s. i was thinking eather a 350x xr 500 xr400 motor but i kneed help i know the 350 would be the easiest but i have to race in a open class.please help thanks

I'd go with the 350, but personally i'd try selling yours and get something newer if you can. Dude im from Iowa I want to see pics of your friends quad if you got em'.

i would also recomend just selling your and getting a bigger quad and start building it up.cause all your going to be doing is putting alotta money into yours just to get where a stock 400 or 450r.

if you realy like your 300ex, talk to laz at gthunder about a 350cc kit, much easier than trying to install a new motor, and its faster than a 350x conversion also

Im down with most of the others....sell urs and get a new bike that way u will be fast like u want, and u will look good!!!
