Okay I heard that I could get a 14t front sprocket from renthal but I looked in my dennis kirk magazine and my rocky mountain atv magazine and can't even find a 14t front sprocket made for a 400 ex can anyone tell me where to look or should i just call my dealer and ask him about it? The reason I think I need this is because i put 22X12.5X9 spidertrack tires on the rear and i went to climb a hill today in 2nd gear and it bogged out at the TOP the worst spot then when i hit first i had no bottem end power left and my bike just sorta stalled. What do u guys think is the front sprocket the thing to do???

I use a 14t at the dunes & swear by it. With taller tires, it would probably be your best bet. I got mine as a Christmas present, so I don't know where it was purchased, but see if Rocky Mountain has a 14t made by Primary Drive. If that doesn't work, you can always call Terry at Marcum's. I bet he will have some.

Hetricks also sells them. I think the package said 14T XR400. You may want to check Renthal to see if they have it for a XR400 because it is the same thing.

or....you can go to the "links" page on this site and look around a little bit. You'll find one.

I bought mine from Terry at Marcum's. I think like 14 bucks to my door. It was delivered in about 4 days.
