I don't know any sites in particular, but riding on a track (MX) has got to be one of the best forms of working out I have ever done.....and I'm an excerciseaholic! I mean....I don't have to lift weights at all if I ride at least one a week...and the cardio cannot be duplicated anywhere!!!! You work every muscle in your body......all at once.....it's FANTASTIC exercise!

a 2 hour gnc puts about the same stress as a 30 min. moto if you run as hard as you can trust me i know i have raced both and your just as sore from both. i just started riding again about about 1 1/2 years and when i go practice on the track i just got to the point to where im not really sore the next day. hey try hanging on to a tube behind a boat doingbetween 20 and 45 mph for about 15 minutes the next day i can barely move my upper body

^^^Very true. Tubing is insanely hard on your arms and chest.

might be just me cuz last time i did that i was only like 80 lbs...2 years ago...but i mean it wasnt hard on me i did it for about 2 hours n the next day only my "pecs" were sore...wut makes me sore is wakeboarding go do that for 2 hours...especially wen im tryin stuff n i fall alot...gettin standin is the hardest part...or riding on the powerlines all day...btw powerlines=extremely bumpy and we all ride rly fast on them so u hold on wit pretty much all ur strength....and a 250ex keepin up wit a kfx400 where the only thing that matter is suspension can be pretty tough

yea takes alot more to hold more weight on to a tube. especially when you have a dad that like to watch you fall off and you take bets to see who falls off first
