Pappy, I know you've did this before and it turned out badass how much would it cost to do a 400ex frame n sub frame with silver vein basecoat with trans blue over it? I think it looks sweet!

well, ive been working with my powder supplier to get the topcoat right so it will look more like carbon. its basically silvervein basecoat with a translucent smoke topcoat. at first it was too gray but we have tweaked it to be a touch darker.

FB, that seems to be the hot combo right now, but its fairly easy to do. it would be $225 for everything including return shipping as long as you arent too far away from me:p

I've only seen one white frame and it was cloaked in orange plastics. If you ask me it looked like a chainsaw. stains in the PC and all:blah: The owner said he wished he would have opted for a clear top coat.
Pappy have you played with any of the Illusions colors over colors other than black?

the illusions will work over any color but work best on darker colors.

as far as the clear on white...i was told not to use it on something as large as a frame. the temperature at final cure will cause discoloration. (i geuss because its white, no clue)

im interested to see how this does, it really looks sharp in person.
