Big Problem.

About two months ago, I bought a 2001 Honda 400ex from exrider member "MtDewRacing." When I picked up the quad, the title wasn't with him and he said he had to get it put into his name. For some reason he forgot to when he bought it from another kid.

I've been trying to get in touch with him, and no replies. I lost his phone number, which is my problem. I left him numerous PM's, and Tons of e-mails (dunmi6@aol.com) without any responds. And I havn't seen him on AOL instant messanger anymore.

On our contract it says that the title will be sent to me when he gets it back from the state.

He doesn't have my address so I don't know how he would expect to send it.

Im not sure what I should do now. Im now suspicious that he may have stole the ATV.

Do you know where he lives? If not, just keep your eye out for him. That's really all I can think of. Sorry I'm not more help, I'm kinda slow...........

I'd start by going down to the Secretary of State and appling for a lost title. Hope you got a reciept.

All I know is he lives in Greensburg, Pa. When I bought the quad, we met half way, somewhere in the middle of PA.

Yeah, that's not much to go on. You could always get a lawyer or get the police involved.

Im gonna do that soon if I don't get any replies in the next ten days.

run the vin number through the DMV and find out who it belongs to and call that person and speek to them, if it is true that the kid needed to give the person you bought it from the title then that kid should know the person you bought it from phone number, get me? its kinda hard to explain
