good condition, bought them for a project but never got them mounted before I sold it, taking offers.

are the nuts busted out on the bottom? if now how much of a ball park figure?

yes the nuts are broke on the bottom, didnt notice it sinc eI never got a chance to mount them. They have a hole drilled in them where it looks like he used zip ties to mount.They come with the surrounding shroud too,Ill take $40 shipped.
