I have never used it. I do use ad-aware and spybot, and together they work great. Everyone I talk to says to use these two programs.

until I ran a program called HiJackThis, I couldn't find the root of the problem that was causing the popups and spyware. I still can't get rid of it, but working on it...:mad:

What helped me a TON on keeping spyware off my pc is I created 2 accounts, or users. The first one is the administrator, and the second has limited privilages. That keeps the second one from being able to download programs, and then spyware can't attach to the pc. Or atleast not very easily. I surf the net on the limited access user, and have no problems. I can't recomend doing this enough!
