HJC for me! I'm on number two...that last one saved me big time...so of course I'm going to be a repeat customer!

Shoei and Arai for the really expensive ones...

BTW, Thor helmets are manufactured by HJC, i believe.

Shoei and Arai. The Shoei doesnt have quite as much extra padding, which I like. They are both very light, but the Shoei is a little lighter.

O'Neal for me :0 HJC for my oldest son(saved his head the 1st day he had it), M2R for lil man, & THH for the hubby!!

The oldest son had a couple Vegas & I will NEVER buy another one again, it DID save his head in a couple wipe outs, but he did go as fast as he does now, but after comparing it to the HJC there is NO comparison! When I get a new one I'll be getting a HJC for myself & lil man unless I can find another deal on a M2R for him they seem to be good helmets & I only paid $59 for it :eek2:

i have 2 broken arai and 2 broken hjc
come to think of it my head still hurts but at least its not busted
that bad
why do people keep thier broken helmets?
i think its prolly just a little reminder to wear one always

I just went with the cheapest one at the place and got a Thor...hit my head plenty of times on the ground and it's still almost as good as new, just a few chips in it from rocks...but who cares? It's protected my head very well and I won't be buying another brand anytime soon unless it's better and just as cheap...
