Just one, and no it's not mounted on a wheel either. But in my humble opinion, there isnt a better tire out there;)

If you have a LesShwab near you try them. I found them to bethe same price as online shopping and mounting is included.

Edit: Sorry I misread, thought you said normal razrs. That's about right.
