Anybody else have this problem? Doesn't seem to matter which pipe or silencer I have on, when the bike bottoms, the silencer smacks the antifade nut on the axle. Heck, sometimes even the caliper.

yep, just got to suck it up. I live with a huge dent in my Turbine Core 2.
There are some that wont dent though, I wouldnt think Sparks or ESR would (small design).

You can get a spacer and put it between the mounting bracket on the silencer and the frame. This will move your silencer out about an inch or so so it will clear the caliper.

At least I know it's not just me. A spacer seems to jack with the pipe/silencer fit.

Yes it will mess with the fit a little bit but you cant run one so big that it twist the pipe. If you have one that is about a half to one inch then it should be fine.
