Im gonna need some new rear tires and I want to get mx tires. I would like to know which kind hookup the hardest? Which have the best handling?

For mx ITP has good rears, and also a good tire is Turf Tamers that have been spaced. But remember those tires have a low ply rating so one trip through the trails and they would be screwed.

MAXXIS RAZR2 all the way around 6 ply and tougher than nails and hooks up in anything...worth the money here!!

I run mx and all I use is MXR's and tamers. They work the best for me.:)

MX razrs, they hook up the best in the worst conditions. out performed my friends klaws last night at the race and the track was just a mess.. freeride didnt even race cuz it was so bad... just a pile of muck

to my knowledge and wat ive seen at the races from wat others have told me...the best setup is Maxxis Razr Mx fronts with Holeshot MXR rears

For MX you wanna run the Razr MX tires bottom line... They are better than the holeshots, and last way longer! Best MX tire Ive used.

Klaws, I'm not really happy with the way my holeshots hook up. If you hit a soft spot, you'll be sitting there spinning, while people with Kenda's come and pass you.

for dry i would use either radials in front or mx razrs in the rear either holeshots or grooved tamers but for softer dirt i would go with either mx razr rears or holeshot rear and the same for the front. for all around tire i would choose either a full set of mx holeshots or kenda klaws i have never used the razrs or the klaws but i have heard good things about both.

the holeshot mxrs are junk dont bother wasting your time with them...you wont get your money out of them they last maybe 3 good races...and they are cashed...i have had mx's on my 400ex and mxrs...and the mx's good...but the mxrs just flat out sucked they didnt even last....tread compound is too soft....so when i get some cash im switching to kenda klaw 20x6x10 fronts on douglas .190 wheels, and 18x10.5x8 on douglas .190 rear as well....

if i like the klaws ill run them forever...but if not ill sell the back tires and get some groved turf tamers

Holeshot MXR4, better than MXR, and they last longer, even better, they were made for high performance 4 strokes.

MXR4 hooks up a little better than the MXR, it's mostly just a harder compound so they'll last longer.
