quick 450R question

My headlights shine way to high is there a way to adjust them?

Yeah man, mine were like that too.. all you have to do is take off the front black piece (hood) and there is a bolt on the back side of the headlights. It's got arrows below it, turn it counter-clockwise to lower the beam and clock-wise to hight it.
