After installing new front (extended) brake lines and filling the master cylinder, we can't get any brake pressure built up. It doesn't seem like any fluid is getting to the front calipers.

I know the procedure, I'm not using a bleeder, and we called K&K and they said to pump the brakes real slow, and it will take a long time. But I pumped for like 50 times, and still got just a trickle of fluid out of each valve. Is there a certain way the mounting bolt should be in?

Thanks for any helpful responses.

go to the faq section, it will explain how to do it.

I believe the thread you want is by jabberjaw.

either by a pumpbleeder or do what one of those threads said, I put a small diameter clear plastic hose over the bleeder and sucked, yes i said "sucked" on the hose until I got fluid out of the bleeder. Then standard procedure only took a few minutes. Brakes are rock hard. boy this sounds like a porn thread!:D

yes, the hole in the bolt that goes through the brakeline must be lined up with the caliper hole
