just wondering how you do this on my blaster, just trying to clean it up a bit. heres a quick rundown of the wiring

there are 3 brass contacts inside the box connected to differnt wires, in order the are
blackw/ stripe-soild black- nothing.
there are 2 brass contacts on the switch its self. when these two contacts touch the black w/ strip and the solid wire, the ignition is off, when it touches the solid wire and the lone brass contact, ignition is on.

with that said, is thee a way i can remove the box all together? i am also gonna remove the key and the pro design kill switch will me my only on/off switch. thanks for the help in advance

Brad, I have know idea about your blaster, but I removed my key on my 400.

I can show you what I did to mine at H/M, to hard to explain it on here.

The key on the 400 has 5 wires. I just cut them and used process of elimation.

Blew a couple of fuses, but that is no biggie.

OK here you go take the on/off switch off the bike. cut the wires there your done on/off switch is gone. Just tuck them away so it doesn't look like crap.If there is some type of plug somewhere (that only go the the two wires you are talking about )just unplug it.what happens there is when the switch in the off position it connects the 2 wires and acts like a ground shutting off the engine. Whatever you do after you take the switch off you can't let the wires touch or your bike wont run. if you get an aftermarket kill switch just connect the 2 existing wires with the two wires from the new switch and then mount your done. Sure I could have explained in a shorter paragraph but screw it
