Do a search man, but between the 2 you listed, the LRD is much better...

i love my yoshimura pipe, it sounds awesome and looks sweet

you can also tell a pretty big difference in the low to mid power range

LRD of the two, the TRS from Yoshi or w/e it's called, that might have a diff. result.

You might think looks and sound are everything, but whats important is power. If power and sound is what your looking for, go with an Alien by DMC.

Big gun is a very good pipe if you want low-mid power. It looks and sounds awesome too. For mid-top,I would go with sparks, but those are just my opinions.

Dirt Wheels did an article on the Big Gun pipe kit for a 400 ex. You could not tell a difference between the Dyno line and the stock pipe line they were so close. I would never waste my money on a big gun exhaust.

You, I, and everyone else on this site knows Dirtwheels pipe shootouts suck. I raced an older 400ex ant the dunes with a big gun race pipe, K&N, and old sand sharks and he had me by like 5-6 lengths at the end of the race. I stopped and asked him what he had in it, thats how i know.

not to flame anyone but i haven't had good luck with big gun either. we never had any problem with it breaking or anything but the power gains were minimal at best. my stock gutted pipe put out as much power as my buddies slip on big gun. i realize everybike is different but once he put on his x-4, i didn't have a chance. i have talked to several people who had the complete big gun and they switched to an x-6. they said the gains were well worth the switch. i wouldn't buy a big gun but everyone has their own opinion.

This was a full system. I am not trying to say bug gun is the chit, cuz i dont think it is, but for lasalle to say you couldent see the gains on a dyno is gay

To say a biggun doesnt have power gains is total bs. It might not add any peak hp but it adds a lot of down low and midrange. If you dont want a biggun, thats fine but I would recommend it to any woods and trail riders.

Yall ride with what you wanna. BigGun sucks imo, lol. Id only buy HMF, Sparks, White Bros, Trinity, DMC, FMF, Pro Circuit, and maybe a few others.

And by the way 400'ex'r dude... %60 of the Big Gun line on the dyno was the EXACT same as the stock pipe. maybe like 1 hp boost. Maybe. Dont get pizzed, just speaking truth.

i agree the big gun is made for low end power. if your interested in mid or upper power, i would never consider it. the complete big gun with a spark arrester on the dyno i saw made 0.3 more horsepower than the stock pipe. the one with the S/A actually made a little less horsepower than stock.
