I have the e-series... and it makes the tame sounding 400ex..sound mean..love it
If you want to get noticed, then buy it! Its like going from your lawn mower to a harley.
thats a pretty damn good analogy 007
thats exactly what it sounds like
Ok thanks for the information I'll probably go with the White brothers pipe then. Also what all does the White brothers rev box do?The only thing i've done to my EX
is I put a moose 13 tooth couge on the front. It slowed it done but it has plenty of torque in the first 3 gears.

The thread says 400EX. You sure you have a 13t on the front of a 400EX???
Anyway, the WB is one of the best commercially manufactured pipes there are!!
Yes i'm sure i have a 13 tooth front sprocket for my 400 ex.Why is that a good or thing or a bad thing?Mosse racing is the only company that i found that sold it.
get you the pro circuit and I wouldnt go lower than a 14 tooth in the front

I would go with a Pro-Circut on your ex they sound really mean, Call 1-502 -243-0193 for the cheapest price available or just click on the Quad Shop link above.:devil
If ex racer has 22" tires, putting a 13 tooth sproket is the same as putting a 14 tooth sproket on with stock size tires. if it has stock tires, I bet it wouldn't go much more than 60mph.
dude get the f-ing tc scilencer and kn with outerwares and no airbox lid. than 158 main jet.ill tell u what that is the best setup for the 400. the tc has great 1-2-3 gear power. o and the 13 tooth font is crap. get a 14 . it is way better. plus u get more performance for less money. win win situation! ask warriorman he knows what the **** is good and not he has the tc. www.tcracingengines.com get the phone number frm there and call the guy . he knows his ****
I'll try the 14 tooth then but the only reason i bought the 13 tooth is becuase i drag race it at a local drag strip
and some of the guys i ride with said that the smaller the
sprocket on the front the more bottom and mid range you will have. Its a short drag so i just wanted the smaller sprocket to go throught the first 3 gears faster. How fast can you take out on a 14 tooth sprocket? Can you take out in
2 gear without reving the **** out of the motor or will it take out smooth.Because when i had the 15 tooth on the front you had to rev it up to far to get it to take out fast in second.

Reving it high is just part of drag racing. it doesnt matter what sprocket you have. you need to rev the he!! out of it when you take off:D. the 15t front is best for drag racing.
