ive decided once i get the rest of my money im going to get 400ex works with a relocator.

+2 on shocks means there for +2 a arms right??

if thats it, would +2 shocks work well on stock a arms until i get new ones??

advice?

It depends on how long you are going to be without the extended a-arms. The +2 shocks will be very stiff on your stock length arms.

+2 shocks mean they are for +2 a-arms.

Don't forget the +2 for a 400 is like +4 on a 300, so even if you get the +2 300 arms it will still be off quite a bit.
Are you buying the shock new? If so you can get them built the way you want, don't do the 400 arm conversion.

Call up works and tell them what you plan to do, I knopw the will build them to your needs sometimes. Get like a work order number and see if you can order them direct. If not go through a dealer that works with them on projects. I am not positive how they handle it but you will probably need some measurments off your quad. But don't cut yourself short on this purchase just to save time, research it and you'll be happier in the end.;)
