well after a LONG 6 months she's done (406 pics)

list of stuff i did this year...

totaly rebuilt all bearings
lsr axle
arens +1 a-arms lt
elka quad rate piggy backs
elka coverted rear
new chain and sprokets (not on in these pics)
new piston, rings, gaskets...
new clutches
kenda klaws (still on order should be here anyday)
new brake pads

and i still got more to order...

I don't know if I can save those pics with it having a flat tire... Maybe I'll just photoshop it inflated ;) Looks goot Tommy, you have to talk your dad into the pipe because of noise? My parent's dont want me to pipe my EX because I get enough complaints from complainers... :p Well you have done some aswome work and certainly a lot of patience with those a-arms/suspension.

yeah pipes are 2 loud for the area to ride... i'm 18 now thou so he really can't control or stop me but i wanna respect what he wants also...


yeah the front end sucked... it came down to the bushings being tight in the frame... i shaved them down... went to pappys and we had it pretty good within 10 mins... i think pappy thought i was retarded because i complained so much about it and then i went down there and it was fine... but i just shaved those down and changed a few lil ride heights and its alot better haha...

An HMF silencer with quiet core in red would top the quad off. They are quiet until you crack the throttle WFO so I recommend it over any other pipe out there. I could take the QC out of mine because GNCC doesn't take DB readings anymore but I like the queiter sound it has compared to all the other Ear busting pipes on the market.

yeah the rear shock is back... haven't rode it yet i gotta put on my chain... i had work all mourning so i didn't get a chance yet...

the lil time i got on it b4 gettin a flat front tire today i noticed one thing...


OMG does that axle make a differnce... i could slide and that quad didn't even try to tip one time!!!


also i notice the long travel is alot smoother... i can't give a 100% sayin on the differnce yet but i will go for a ride tomorrow and let everyone know what i feel is differnt between the STD travel and the lT...
