On Service Honda's website they list 2 OS piston sizes for the 400ex: (OS 0.25), (OS 0.50)

Has anyone ever used a Honda OS piston on their 400ex before?
I assume 0.25 and 0.50 are actually 0.025 and 0.050.

i would bet those pistons would be in millimeters. i honestly would just by an aftermarket forged piston. this way you can get higher compression. also, i don't know how much these from honda cost??

i've used them, there great pistons stock quality what more could you ask for you'll still be at stock compression, and they really don't cost much more than a good aftermarket
