Anyone know about 400 ex's

I need to know if they make a rev limiter to get higher rpms or sumthin that will extend my rev. Also do duals help or hurt yer quad or what is best????

Yea i know they make a rev limeter but im not sure of what companys do.I was going to get one for my ex till i got the 450r.

im almost positive curtis sparks makes 1
