K&N PreCharger or Outerwears PreFilter??

What does everyone run that has a K&N filter w/o the airbox lid? I know I am going to get the outerwears airbox cover...haven't deciced if I'm going to do the EHS racing one, or just the plain vanilla one. but with that in place, what works better?? the K&N precharger or just a plain outerwears?

I thought they were the same thing too. Just get the EHS cover and get an outerwear cover for the K+N and thats all you need...
