Where is a cheap place to ship car rims and tires from, the cheapest i heard was about 49 a rim and tire does anyone know a cheaper place?or way of shipping? thanks alot

Youre better off having a local dealer/shop order them for you. It will cost a lot less than paying shipping for a set of rims & tires ;)
