i have a Gt thunder head on my 250r. I was running a head gasket to get me bt until i got my orings. i got the o-rings now and there is no groove to put the smaller o-ring in. It would go around the dome somehow but there is no groove. Then i tried putting the outside o-ring in its groove and it barely fits. I can't really keep it in its groove. I ordered these directly from GT Thunder and im sure this is a GT head. And i was wondering how do you remove the dome? thanks.

I was not able to see the photo to see if it was one of our heads but if it has no inner ring on the dome, it may have a Pro Design dome in it. If that is the case you can send me the head and I will cut an o-ring groove in it for you and setup the head correctly for your engine at no charge.

I fixed the link to the pic so you could see it Laz.
Sounds like you need to send it back to Gt Thunder for a free fixin..;)

Now I can see the photo. That head shell was made by Noss Machine. I used them on some engines. I can set it up for you if you like.
