400ex cuting out

I have two problems I need help with. The first is when you rev. the engine in first gear it starts to cut out at full throtle. Is it possibly hitting the rev limiter. The second problem is when I am riding over the woops the engine loses power for second and then it comes back. This happens when the suspension compresses. I thought it might be a vent tube, but I have checked that and it looks fine. Does anyone have any idea what is causing both these symptoms. Any help would be appreciated.

If you're holding the throttle wide open then you're probably allowing your engine to rev up to high, causing your rev limiter to kick on.
