Inline finned radiator- where to buy?

Got a buddy thats looking for a large finned cooler/radiator that goes in the radiator line. Apparently he has seen some with 20+ fins, and would like one. Any clue as to where to find them? I've seen small ones, but nothing like what he's describing.
