I have a '99 Warrior in VERY nice condition. Never raced to my knowledge. Original plastic is even in terriffic shape! (Red,white and black colors) I just put new bearings and seals in the rear carrier. Tires are in great condition as are the sprockets and chain. Quad is tight.
Looking to get $2200. firm. If interested, let me know. I still need to put the axle back together and put the plastic back on. (I stripped all the plastic off so I could make sure everything is A-1)
You can e-mail me @ rrobertson07@hotmail.com or just pm me.
**Quad is stock-no mods at all.:p

In my opinion and having ridden all of the above stay away from the Warrior. Get one of the Hondas. Preferably the 400EX.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. And I agree that the 400ex is the better of the two quads. But to tell someone to STAY AWAY from what has become the best selling sport quad in ATV history is somewhat ignorant.
Yes, the Warrior is dated and had not really changed much in it's almost 20 year history but it is still considered by TENS OF THOUSANDS to be a terriffic four wheeler.
And the Warrior has reverse. You would be surprised at the number of people who don't like the 400ex and other sport quads that don't offer that. Not everybody races or rides aggressively. Some just like recreational riding and reverse is a very conveinient feature to have.
There is no stigma following the Warrior. If anything, it has proven to be a reliable, fun, and economical machine.
It doesn't really matter to me if I sell the Warrior to this gentleman or another. It will make someone a very good quad.
It's all about what makes you happy.
Just keep an open mind.
It doesn't matter if you ride an LT230 or a tricked out trx450r. It just matters that you ride and enjoy yourself.

My reasoning for saying what I did about the Warrior is going from sitting down to a standing postion is a long way on a Warrior. It is just the erganomics of the quad. The reasons it is the best seller of all time is 1 it is CHEAP and the salesmen tell people who don't know any better what they want to hear, and 2 it has been around FOREVER.
