Anybody want to place bets on which quad is gonna win in a race through 5th gear. Here are the mods for both.
416 ross 11.2:1 piston (New)
Stage 2 hot cam
HMF slip on
Stock carb with a 160 main, 42 pilot
open airbox with K&N air filter
W/B rev limiter
18" hole shots
Stock bore and piston (6 month old)
Stage 2 hot cam
HMF slip on
FCR carb with a 168 main, 52 pilot
open air box with W/b foam filter
Stock rev limiter
stock 20" tires
The biggest difference between the two is one has the piston mod and the other has the carb mod. We will be racing on a grassy terrain.......I am waiting for a clutch for the 416 but i should have it by wed. so i plan on racing them next weekend. I am a little better rider than the guy who is going to be riding one of them so i plan on switching riders.
