seat troubles

just recently, my seat keeps falling off. the latch is loose and i dont know what else i can do to keep my seat on, any suggestions?

maybe order a new latch? i didnt look to see what parts are available or if a new latch assembly has to be purchased.


or you could buy an aftermarket latch and be done with it:D

on my wheeler i drill a hole in the latch and put a hitch pin through it...lol..today when i was riding i didnt put the pin in and the seat fell off so yea...if ur gunna do it this way make sure when u drill the hole aint too big

The 400ex Seat latch sucks ***. Using an aftermarket seat latch will solve your problem and it will never come back again. The best one on the market I have found is the Rath Racing latch which uses a locking pin. The second best and probably most common is the OMF latch that also works very well, but attaches a bit differently. Contact Rath or Baldwin Motorsports if you decide to go with the Rath, but of course, try C+D first man...
