Today we took the boy out for a few lessons. Cornering and Starts. The stock tires dont aid much in powersliding:p

I let him do 8 or 10 laps on his own and then told him to plant his rear on that seat and use his weight! Much better I think:p

I think he has a better grasp on what he needs to do now:D

Next came starts. I let him do a few on his own. I noticed his head way down and the quad would bog when the throttle was punched

Keeping his head up now, but it was still not pulling like i wanted it too

Looks like Codeman is really gettin the power down.:macho

I gave my boy the quad Saturday. You should've seen the smile. He rode for about 2-3 hours and took to it really quick. He was power sliding in the yard after about 10 minutes.

He said he thought it was cool that it had been raced by Cody. I'll get some pics up in a day or 2.

Between the burnouts and the power slides I shouldn't have to mow til fall:eek2: He scared me when he 2 wheeled a couple times but he steered into it and hung on to it. I think the stock front shocks were adding to it. He doesn't know about the works yet.

Pappy
