anyone ever had their engine built by LRD???

I was thinking about sending them my engine this winter for a port and polish, three angle valve job and a high comp.piston

do they do good work, quility? performance gains?

My friend with the Z400 that is always falling apart has a full LRD 450 kit in his bike. He got the Port + polish, 13.5 piston, new cams, heavy duty valve springs, heavy duty timing chain, Full LRD exhaust, and a 41mm FCR carb. The thing flat out hauls (unfortunately its a suzuki so it falls apart on a weekly basis...). LRD does great work for sure as far as what I can tell with my friends motor. I have ridden a built LRD 265cc 250R with porting, adjustable pipe, etc. and that thing was insane! That was on a 2 stroke I know, but it still was VERY fast none the less with A-1 quality. If youre looking at LRD you should definitely get a fast, quality product in return..
