Looks cool! All thouse I'm not a huge fan of the CT disk setups, I think it looks cool! Couldn't you switch to a turndown exhaust, or does that not have a S/A?

As a matter of fact, I have been considering buying a turndown for it, but I wonder what effect it would have on my performance, since it is dynoed with 12 disks. Is it to retain backpressure to get bottom end gains?
Full opening is 2"...........without disks.....:eek2:

yeah, my Pro Circuit end is about 2 inches too give or take a little. With the pro circuit full, it has a really big midrange hit (similar to a 2 stroke), I think it comes from less backpressure, but it has great power from mid-top, and that's where i am ussualy at. Should perform similar with the CT with the turndown.

did the whole thing look like the outside edges? I've been wanting to do that to a lot of my bike and I'm wondering if it's worth it...you think I'll get the results I'm looking for?

No, it was originally anodized black, the black got sanded off with fine sandpaper, then polished all over, then the edge was sandblasted.

Yeah, you got to watch for rust on the billet aluminum, huh?

Just kidding, on steel items not subjected to heat, you could apply several coats of clear over it to seal it.
