stock tires or razrs for the dunes?

Ok, we are planning to head over to silver lake this summer and what do you dune experts think would be better for the sand, stock radials or maxxis razrs? (I have both on their own rims, so easy swich between the 2)

I suggest you bring both sets, try'em and decide for yourself.
I just bought razrs....and if I were a betting man I would put my money on the stockers. I think they hook-up better than any other tire.(excluding paddles of course).

Use the stockers, that what I use there and they work GREAT! I don't think that Razr's will air down and 'float' as good as the stockers beacuse they have a stiffer sidewall.

i was talkin to this guy a few days ago and he said if i dont use paddle i will burn up my motor or something like that. is that true?

Thats not true.

If you have the Razr fronts too, those work really well in the sand.
